= After the main event Okada and White made their title match official on January 4, 2023 at the Tokyo Dome.
= El Phantasmo first paid respects to Shingo Takagi and called him "Daddy", but then destroyed the KOPW Trophy and attacked Takagi.
= After the match between Wato and Ishimori, Hiromu Takahashi & El Desperado appeared and demanded a title match as did Wato. Ishimori then demanded a 4-way match.
= A new championship was revealed - the NJPW World TV Title. The matches for the title will have a 15-minute time limit, will focus on NJPW's young wrestlers and will be broadcast on NJPW's social media channels.

= CMLL's Titan officially joined Los Ingobernables de Japon after the 5th match.
= Prior to the show Yuji Nagata appeared in the ring with Oleg Boltin, a Kazakh amateur wrestler who competes for Team New Japan. Boltin announced his intention to turn pro and join NJPW.
= Before the show there was a 10 bell salute for Antonio Inoki.
