Вече се работи и по втори сезон, но в момента се излъчва първия сезон. Първите три епизода вече ги има в интернет. Филмите не са нещо невиждано и има и ала-бала неща в тях, но като цяло са интересни и си струват гледането, особено ако човек не е много запознат с историите в тях. Епизодите в първия сезон: 1. The Last of the Von Erichs: The last surviving brother of the legendary Von Erich wrestling dynasty revisits the tragedy that plagued his once iconic family. 5. The Mysterious Death of Gorgeous Gino: For 30 years, the family of wrestling star Gino Hernandez believed his tragic death was a drug-related murder. Startling new revelations are revealed to his still grieving mother. 6. The Fabulous Moolah: The legacy of wrestling’s biggest female star, The Fabulous Moolah, is reexamined after controversial allegations surface following her death. П.П. Препоръчвам него, ако се чудите от къде да започнете. Иначе се виждат познати лица от кеч бизнеса, като Vince Russo, Dave Meltzer, Jim Cornette и други. Season 2 of the show, which goes behind the scenes of some of the most controversial stories in pro wrestling, will debut on March 24 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. The two-hour season premiere will delve into the story of Chris Benoit, who killed his wife, Nancy, and son, Daniel, in 2007 before committing suicide. The episode will feature interview’s with Benoit’s family and friends, including his other son, David, and Sandra Toffoloni, Nancy Benoit’s sister. The season will also feature episodes on: the murder of Dino Bravo; the “Brawl for All” tournament that led to career-ending injuries; the career of ECW star New Jack; David Schultz’s violent run-in with a 20/20 reporter; the death of Nancy Argentino, Jimmy Snuka’s girlfirend; the story of tag team wrestling legends Hawk and Animal; Herb Abrams’ attempt to build a wrestling empire; and the story of Owen Hart’s death during a WWE pay-per-view. Episodes of the first season covered topics such as Bruiser Brody’s murder in Puerto Rico, The Montreal Screwjob, and the relationship between “Macho Man” Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth. “The first season of ‘Dark Side of the Ring’ was a massive hit,” said Morgan Hertzan, executive vice president and general manager of Vice Television. “These powerful stories transcend wrestling fandom and resonate with both fans of the sport and newcomers who were captivated by this incredible storytelling. We rise to the challenge and do not shy away from the truth. I am proud and excited to continue telling these courageous stories in season two.” The show, which was the most watched show in Vice TV history in its first season, will air weekly on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT. Former WWE star and current AEW star Chris Jericho will serve as narrator. In addition, Chris Gethard will host a new weekly after show airing at 11 p.m. after each episode. It will feature a rotating panel of guests from the worlds of pro wrestling and entertainment. “As lifelong fans, we have always been fascinated by the behind-the-scenes, human stories of the world of professional wrestling,” said executive producers Evan Husney and Jason Eisener. “For our second season we’re going even deeper into its secretive past. Many wrestlers and family members we interviewed have never spoken out before. Our series seeks to help bring closure to their stories.” Husney is the executive producer and writer for the show, while Eisener is executive producer and director. Catherine Whyte, Naveen Prasad, and Vanessa Case are also executive producers, with Alex McIntosh producing. Най-емоционалният документален филм на кеч тематика, който съм гледал от бая време насам. Има доста невиждани снимки, клипове и истории за Benoit. Препоръчвам епизода с две ръце. According to Nielse data, “Dark Side of the Ring” brought in 1.2 million viewers across three telecasts on March 24. That is up 119% against the first season premiere in total viewers, with the show also setting new highs in adults 18-49 as well. Vice also made the two-part premiere available in its entirety on YouTube, with part one currently at over 2.2 million views, while part two has over 1.1 million. За нелепия, ужасен инцидент, който отнема смъртта на Owen Hart и вината, която WWE носят и винаги ще носят. Разкази от семейството на Owen + Jim Ross, Chris Jericho, The Godfather и други. От цялата история най-голямата жертва за мен е Дейвид. Момчето не само че губи семейството си по такъв ужасяващ начин, но и става трън в очите на хората, сякаш носи вина за постъпките на баща си. Тъжно беше, когато призна, че от колегите на баща му единствено Джерико и Чаво са го подкрепяли през годините след трагедията. Трудно е да си представим какъв ад е за едно 10-11 годишно дете да изпита всичко това. Kолкото и години да минат, със сигурност травмата е завинаги. Моментът, когато се срещна накрая със сестрата на Нанси, беше много емоционален. За Owen Hart епизода също е много интересен. Понеже от няколко години гледам старите шоута и турнири в хронологичен ред, когато имам повече свободно време, по време на карантината пак се върнах към това занимание, и стигнах точно до шоутата непосредствено преди фаталното PPV, а после гледах и шоуто в памет на Оуен. За самия инцидент не знаех толкова много подробности, освен че е имало проблем с механизма при спускането. Сигурно хората, които са били свидетели в реално време на Montreal screwjob историята, а после и на трагедията с Оуен, са били в шок да видят Брет отново на WWE ринг.Колкото до семейството на Оуен, напълно подкрепям решението им да прекратят всякакви отношения с Винс и компания. PPV-то да продължи след падането на Оуен, е може би най-скандалното решение взимано някога, чак ми е нереално как преди са се случвали такива неща и им се е разминавало. В днешно време, ако се случи нещо подобно, ще ги разпънат на кръст. За New Jack знаех само легенди, единствения случай, за който бях наясно с подробности е инцидента с Mass Transit. Ами абсолютен психопат е New Jack, но признавам, че е забавно да го слуша човек. Истинско чудо е, че не е убил или осакатил перманентно някого. Furthermore, Live+3 data through May 19 shows that the second season of the show has averaged 485,000 viewers with 288,000 in the adults 18-49 demographic. That is up 52% and 73% respectively compared to Season 1, which aired last year. The Season 2 finale, which covered the tragic death of Owen Hart, debuted on May 19. It broke the previous Live+3 viewership and key demo records for the network, nabbing 626,000 viewers with 390,000 in adults 18-49. “We are absolutely ecstatic with the success of ‘Dark Side of the Ring,'” said Morgan Hertzan, executive vice president and general manager of Vice Television.
