World Wrestling Council (WWC): Summer Madness

Caguas, Puerto Rico

Attendance: 600

1. Battle Royal for the WWC Jr. Heavyweight Title: Tommy Diablo became the new Junior Heavyweight champion. The final two participants were Diablo and Rikochet. A fake Rikochet came out and distracted the real Rikochet which allowed Diablo to throw him over the top rope and win the Title.

2. WWC World Tag Team Title Match: The Street Fugitives (El Niche & Lynx w/ Black Rose) def. Joe Bravo & BJ © via disqualification. The champs retained their belts.

3. Winners become the number 1 contenders for the Tag Team Titles: The Rabid Ones (Blitz & Mr. Big) def. The Joel Brothers (Chris & Steve Joel).

4. Winner becomes the number 1 contender for the Universal Title: Shane def. Noriega. However, after the match Noriega attacked Shane and cut some of his hair off.

5. WWC Puerto Rico Title Match: Gilbert © def. Primo Colon to retain his Title.

Intermission.

Two of the biggest Puerto Rican legends and legendary rivals - Carlos Colon and Invader #1 - came out. They talked about a number of different issues and eventually shook hands. Then "The Precious One" Gilbert came out and challenged Invader to a match for tonight. Invader told him he was retired from wrestling but Gilbert wasn't having it. Gilbert kept insulting Invader and Invader finally snapped and punched Gilbert. Gilbert, however, got his hands on a steel chair and proceeded to destroy the legend with a bunch of chairshots. Invader had to be carried out on a stretcher and taken to the hospital.

6. WWC Caribbean Title Match: Carlitos © def. Bison Smith (w/ Jose Chaparro) to retain his Title. Bison's manager accidentally hit Bison with a chair and that helped Carlitos secure the victory.

7. Chain Match: Mad Man Manson def. Black Pain when Mr. Big interfered and hit Black Pain with a beer can which allowed Manson to touch the 4th corner and win the match.

8. WWC Universal Title Match: Carlito Caribbean Cool def. Steve Corino © (w/ Jose Chaparro) to become the WWC Universal champion for the 13th time. Great match.

The recent floods in the area affected the attendance but overall this was a great show.
