nWoHulkster
Championship Wrestling International (CWI): Brawl at the Bush II May 14th, 2011 Hagersville, Ontario, Canada Brantford Civic Centre The first match was local jobber vs. local jobber. The one playing the heel was pretty good. The second match was a ladies match. One of the women was Jaime D (formerly Sirelda in TNA). The announcer claimed she was the only female ever trained by "Superstar" Billy Graham. Her opponent was Ashley Pain. It was a pretty good match. Jaime won with a wicked choke slam. The third match was the CWI tag team champions The Flatliners vs. former WWE tag team The Highlanders. The Flatliners picked up the win after some shenanigans. Intermission Match 4 was MOTN in my opinion. Micheal Elgin vs. X-Pac. Waltman bumped his ass off in this one. He really must be trying to make it back into the bigs from everything I have read about his recent preformances. He won with a great looking top rope x-factor. Match 5 was Steve Corino vs. Tatanka. Corino was on fire on the mic tonight, giving Brooke Hogan who was at ringside his phone number. Corino picked up the win or so we thought until a second ref came down and ruined the fun. Jimmy Korderas restarted the match and Tatanka picked up the big win. Match 6 was the CWI Heavyweight championship match. "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner vs. "Big Sexy" Kevin Nash. It was nice to see these two in person but the match was a definite bust. Slow and plodding but the crowd ate it up for the most part. Bad botch on a belly to belly where Nash just kind of fell on top of Stiener but hey they tried I guess. Match 7 was the main event and it was a Survivor Series type match. The heels were the Million Dollar Team headed up by "The Million Dollar" Man and consisting of Virgil, The Nasty Boys and Big Daddy Hammer (local talent) vs. Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, Bushwacker Luke, "Leaping" Lanny Poffo (who I think blew out his knee after 1 move) and another local talent who's name I didn't catch. This one broke down how you pretty much will guess it did with the local guys going out first and the finish coming down to Beefcake vs. the Nasties when all of a sudden "When it comes crashin down and it hurts inside!" Hulk Hogan comes out and destroys the Nasties landing Knobs in Beefcake's sleeper and allowing Hulk to hit the big boot on Saggs. The night closed with Beefcake and Hulk hitting the poses. Pretty fun night and for $30 that goes to charity it was well worth it. UNDERTAKER* 1 Quote Link to comment
