The premise that they take for the DVD is what if Jerry took over in April of 2000 instead of Bischoff and Russo. They also took the liberties that Jerry had the final say in who does what.

Jerry's first step: Release the entire roster. He would hold a meeting with everybody saying that the current contracts (guaranteed deals) are not beneficial to programming or business. Anybody that wants to pursue a job with Vince is free to do so, no questions asked. But if anybody wants to stay on board, "I'm going right across the hall into my office, and we'll talk". He'd then end the meeting, go to his office, and pray that at least 20 out of the 60 or so people under contract show up in his office.

This is the list of the guys he would hope stayed:

AJ Styles

Barry Horowitz

Billy Kidman

Booker T

Brian Knobbs

Chavo Guerrero

Chris Candido

Curt Hennig

Don Harris

Dustin Rhodes

Elix Skipper

Elizabeth

Evan Karagias

Hulk Hogan

Jeff Jarrett

Jim Duggan

Jimmy Hart

Juventud Guerrera

Kevin Nash

Konnan

Lex Luger

Meng (Haku)

Rey Mysterio

Ric Flair

Rick Steiner

Ron Harris

Scott Steiner

Shane Douglas

Shane Helms

Shannon Moore

Sid Vicious

Sonny Siaki

Stacy Keibler

Stevie Ray

Sting

Tammy Sytch

Tank Abbot

Terry Funk

Torrie Wilson

Vampiro

The mainstay names he didn't say were Goldberg, DDP and Buff Bagwell.

He would dissolve the Cruiserweight, Hardcore, and Television titles, and go only with the World, US, and Tag titles. The main feuds would be Hogan/Sid for the World Title, Harlem Heat vs. Harrises for the Tag titles, and Jeff Jarrett vs. Curt Hennig for the US Title. The main feuds would go down like this:

Sid (who is champion) would be demolishing everybody, fighting the Flairs, Nashes, and Stings on the PPVs, and the Douglases, Rick Steiners, and Tank Abbotts on weekly TV. He'd be saying he's the toughest thing out there, and proving it. He's a level beyond everybody. Hogan would cut a promo saying that people have said his time has come and gone, and that he's past his prime. "I don't think so. But if I can't beat Sid, than those critics are right." Implying if he can't be Hulk Hogan one more time, it's no use continuing. Sid would mock Hogan left and right. Then during a face to face confrontation, possibly a contract signing, there would be a staredown... and Hogan would be the first one to flinch. Cast the underlying factor that Hulk Hogan may finally be doubting himself. Spend some time each week with an interview with guys like Nash, Hall (who he would have gone back and hired), Flair, Sting, etc... wondering if Hogan still has it. Then, the week before the big PPV showdown, Hogan comes out in the classic regalia, flexing and doing his schtick. At the math, Sid would dominate the match, but Hogan would make a comeback and win the match and the title.

Jerry believes that The Harrises have never been pushed right in the states. These guys are legit badasses in real life, and most of the time in wrestling they're depicted as goofs. The best wrestling characters are ones that are extensions of real life personas, because the emotion drawn on is more authentic. So he'd push The Harrises (still with the titles) through most of the summer where there would be a showdown with Harlem Heat in the fall. Heat would be the faces and win the titles at that point.

The second tier feud would be between Jeff Jarrett and Curt Hennig. Hennig would win the US Title from Jeff early on, probably April or May, and then fight just about everybody else except Jeff. Jeff would be pushed as an underdog because Jerry believes that's when Jeff is at his best. So Jeff would accuse Hennig of ducking him in promos. Hennig would cut promos talking about his upcoming matches with whomever, and the announcers would ask "Jeff Jarrett says you're ducking him." "Jeff who? I have Scott Hall at the PPV..." Eventually Jeff and Hennig would have a knockdown dragout where Jeff would get the title back with a counter move to keep the underdog aura to him.

Undercard stuff would be Luger vs. Candido (sparked by Tammy's jealousy of Elizabeth's airtime), and a stable feud of 3-Count vs. Filthy Animals.

There's a lot of other stuff in there too (AJ Styles as a protege of Terry Funk, two guys fighting over Stacy Keibler) but that was the stuff that was detailed.

- Chavo, Shane Helms, Billy Kidman и тн.

Stevie Ray..

Kevin Nash.
