Kenta Kobashi returns! Kobashi has stated that he wants to start in opening matches, and rebuild himself to a main event player. Тhat is why he's wrestling in the opener.

New Japan invaders Nakamura and Milano Collection AT will be facing the team of Suguira and Go Shiozaki. Nakamura has been the one leading for New Japans early feud with NOAH, so let's see if NOAH can step it up on their turf.

There will be 2 dark matches before the official show begins.

This will most likely be the last show to air on NTV in Japan. As some of you know, NOAH has lost their deal with NTV, a company that had aired wrestling for over 50 years.

NOAH returned to the Budokan with a solid crowd there to see the return of one of the pillars that holds NOAH together, Kenta Kobashi. Kobashi made a successful return, defeating Inoue with a Lariat, and proving his arms are stronger then ever, even after elbow surgery!

“KENTA gets Revenge!” was the headline revealing that KENTA had re-captured the title he had lost to Nakajima only a month earlier. This puts the two men at a 2-1-2 setup, with each having 2 wins over the other, and one draw between them in recent times.

The Kensuke Office was completely defeated at the Budokan, with Kensuke Sasaki relinquishing his grasp upon the top prize in the NOAH ring. Jun Akiyama had to pull out a modified version of his deadly Sternness Dust Alpha to put away the man who has been a bane in his side this year. Akiyama finally garnered his revenge for an earlier tour loss, and now claims the title for his 3rd reign, hopefully a more successful one then previous.

The fate of the Kensuke Office in NOAH is still unclear at this point.

During intermission, NOAH President Nakata announced that the promotion would claim two new television slots, easing some of the impact from losing their major national tv slot on NTV. They will finally appear on Samurai TV! in a fortnight 2 hour show, aswell as garnering a 30 minute slot in Osaka, hopefully boosting their fanbase in one of the hardest markets for the industry.
